The 30-year-old actress was spotted holding hands with Zandy Reich, the president of women's clothing company AYR, in New York City on Tuesday.
Michele sported a casual black mini dress for her mid-day outing with Reich, who sported a navy long-sleeved tee and matching sneakers.

Last week, Michele paid tribute to her ex-boyfriend, Corey Monteith, who died in July 2013 from a drug overdose.
