'19 Kids' Peek: Michelle Duggar Talks Adoption

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar of TLC's 19 Kids and Counting have 19 biological children, but now the couple are praying about the idea of adoption.

In an exclusive sneak peek of Tuesday night's season finale, Michelle, 47, picks up a pair of youngest daughter Josie's baby boots and it brings back memories of all the babies she's raised over the years. "Seeing all those sweet little baby items definitely makes me miss having a baby in the house. And Jim Bob and I have really been praying about the possibility of adoption," she says.
