It's official! Fans of Chelsea Handler will soon be streaming and binge watching her comedic antics on Netflix.

After a seven-year stint as the host of E!'s Chelsea Lately, the 39-year-old comedian has teamed up with the Internet-video service to create a talk show that could be released as early as 2016.

In the meantime, Handler's hour-long stand-up comedy show will also premiere on Netflix on Oct. 10, 2014. The special will be taped on Friday, June 20, in Chicago's Harris Theater and will be "based on her sold-out tour, Uganda Be Kidding Me."

And that's not all. The comedian will also create four new docu-comedy specials "covering her exploration of subjects including politics, NASCAR, the NBA draft and Silicon Valley."

What was the funny lady's reaction to this big deal? "If I was going to continue working in this industry, I knew I had to do something outside the box to keep myself interested," Handler said in a statement. "I wanted to sit with the cool kids at lunch, so I approached Netflix to make sure they were as cool as I thought they were, and when I confirmed my suspicions, like with any other future lover, I made my move."

Not passing up an opportunity to make a joke and take a jab at a Bravo reality show, she added, "I'm more excited than I've been in a while, and the team at Netflix is the most forward thinking, alert group I've sat down with in ages. No offense to the Shahs of Sunset."
