ET has your first look at HGTV's new competition series, Beach Flip!
On the show, HGTV and DIY Network all-stars Josh Temple (House Crashers), Nicole Curtis (Rehab Addict) and David Bromstad (My Lottery Dream Home) mentor and judge four teams as they take run-down beach houses and transform them into dreamy vacation getaways. The team with the highest increase in property value walks away with $50,000 and a spread in HGTV Magazine.
Watch the clip to see contestants Alex and Martha; Melissa and Mahdi; Sarah and Nick; and Lucy and Daphney go to work.
"Everyone was smiles! Everyone was happy!" Josh told ET. "But here's what happens, you give out the first win, then the claws start coming out."
Beach Flip debuts July 5 at 9/8 p.m. CT on HGTV.
