"My hair is in rollers, I don't have a bra on, and I have a huge legal issue going on!" Miller shouts at the person on the other line. "I'm finished!"

In a federal indictment, Miller is accused of concealing more than $750,000 in income and assets when she filed for bankruptcy. She pleaded not guilty and her attorney tells ET they're attempting to extend the date for filing motions. Miller's legal team does not expect much activity in the case until next year.

Miller is carrying on with her work through the obstacles she faces.
