Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna welcomed their daughter, Dream, on Sunday's special Rob & Chyna, and the birth of a new Kardashian baby brought the famous family together for a drama-free, emotional hospital room gathering.
Sunday's episode mostly focused on the days leading up to Chyna's C-section and her nerves preceding her surgery, which culminated in the 28-year-old reality star breaking down in tears when she finally got to the hospital.
Chyna's mom and family members were able to comfort her as she let the freak out pass, and she was finally ready for the procedure.
"Hearing the baby's heartbeat and my mom making little jokes, it's making me feel a little more calm, but I'm still really, really nervous," Chyna admitted.

During the operation, she was joined by her fiancé and his mom, Kris Jenner, who, as a mother of six, has more than a little experience with giving birth and couldn't have been more excited for Rob to experience the magic of becoming a parent.
After the operation, Chyna couldn't hold back her tears of joy as she held her newborn daughter to her chest and later, when she breastfed Dream for the first time.
After the delivery, Rob's sisters, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, came out to the hospital to meet their newborn niece and share the special moment with their brother.

"It's definitely very nice to see everybody," Rob said of his family's surprise visit. "It makes me very happy that everybody came there to support Chyna and me. I've been super M.I.A. for years, so for them to make an effort and really do what they can to be there just meant a lot for me."
Rob went on to say that it was "the best day of my life," to see his family grow and to see Chyna's 4-year-old son King -- from her previous relationship with rapper Tyga -- excited to be a big brother.
The unexpectedly heartfelt and drama-free special didn't address the most recent development in Rob and Chyna' tumultuous relationship, which unfolded over the weekend when the new mom took their 1-month-old girl and her son and moved out of the house she shared with Rob.
However, one particularly poignant moment came when Kris shared a message of hope and optimism for the couple, which is now somewhat disheartening in the light of their recent estrangement.
"After all the ups and downs, and after everything these two have been through, they've really overcome a lot of odds," Kris said in a solo interview after the delivery. "Hopefully this will be the start of a really great new beginning."
