EXCLUSIVE: 'Bachelor' Nick Viall Reveals Whether He's Falling in Love on Romantic One-on-One Date With Rachel

The Bachelor spilled all to ET's Lauren Zima during his first solo date with the attorney in New Orleans!

This season of The Bachelor has been all about Corinne's drama, but on next week's episode, Rachel is making her case!

Only ET's Lauren Zima was on the scene in New Orleans for Nick's first one-on-one date with the 31-year-old attorney, where the pair displayed visible chemistry -- and Rachel revealed that she might just be falling in love.

"Rachel has been kind of a front-runner since day one," Nick said of the Dallas native, who received the first impression rose. "Because I have so much confidence in her, she kind of had to wait a little bit."

"She was one of the easiest ones to talk to," he added. "I love a woman who knows how to have a great conversation and just have a strong personality, and a great smile. She certainly has all of those, and today I am having a lot of fun with her."

It's easy to see why Nick and Rachel had so much fun on their date in the Big Easy, where they spent the day exploring the city, tasting beignets and dancing in a Second Line parade, and late enjoyed an intimate dinner and private concert. The day was picture-perfect, though Rachel admitted she wished it would've come sooner.

"I am not a patient person and I have been telling him from the beginning that it's been hard to get the first impression rose and then wonder like, where is your date, when is it coming? But I feel like Nick was planning this date for me specifically and that feels amazing, like no other girl in the house could have gone on this date but me," she explained. "This is the best date I have ever been on, and I am 31, so I've been on a number of dates before."

One amazing date might be all it takes for Nick to find a wife, as Rachel admitted she's on her way to falling in love.

"Nick is probably one of the most sincere people that I have met, and to be able to be on this journey with him and experience that with him has been absolutely fantastic," she confessed. "I absolutely can see myself falling for Nick. Every time I'm with Nick, it's so easy, so comfortable and this date proved that even more."

Though after three seasons trying to find love on TV, Nick is a little more guarded.

"I only want to say, 'I love you,' to one more person, so I am really kind of holding my cards close when it comes to that," Nick said, adding that he'll be very careful about dropping "the L word."

"I am certainly not in love at this point, but I think coming into this, I didn't know if this was really going to work… I was really worried because one thing I promised myself is that I wouldn't [just] get engaged to whatever girl ended up last," he explained. "But I am more optimistic now, because there are some great women… I want to make sure that if I am lucky enough to [fall in love] with someone here, that it is something I would 100% be certain of."

With 15 women left, Nick definitely has some great women to choose from, though Rachel says right now, it's anyone's game.

"Before the last rose ceremony I would have been able to give you a top five, but one of my closest friends in the house went home last week, and now I honestly don’t know," Rachel said. "Nobody is safe after what I saw last week."
