Val Chmerkovskiy is celebrating his big night with his girlfriend!
The 31-year-old dancer celebrated Dancing With the Stars' season 25 premiere on Monday with a sweet dinner out with girlfriend Jenna Johnson.
The two held hands while leaving Maggiano's in Los Angeles.
While Chmerkovskiy couldn't stop smiling during his night out with Johnson, it was another woman he couldn't stop gushing to ET about at the DWTS premiere: his partner, Victoria Arlen.
"[She's made me realize] how lucky I am, how grateful I am, and as grateful as I am, how much joy I could still have," he shared. "It's hard work to be happy. It takes effort and the effort is in reminding yourself how beautiful you have it, and she's a reminder of that everyday. I get a little ray of sunshine every, single day I go to work and that's a blessing in itself."
As much of a ray of sunshine Arlen is for Chmerkovskiy, the ESPN personality admitted the process has been "emotional."
"I think everything about this has been challenging. It's been emotional, it's been empowering all at once. I think learning to trust Val and not worry about my legs, which for well over a decade that was a main focus of worry, so for the first time, I don't have to think about that," Arlen said. "Val is like, 'Trust me, I will take you where you need to go. Just look up, hold your head up high and dance.' And I think that's been the most incredible thing for me."
