After taking a break from the spotlight in August, Selena Gomez made her triumphant return to the public eye at the American Music Awards red carpet in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The "Hands to Myself" singer -- who took "time off" from her career a few months ago to deal with issues of depression and anxiety stemming from her battle with lupus -- couldn't have looked healthier or happier in a fiery red sleeveless Prada gown.
