Caitlyn Jenner doesn’t seem eager to make amends with the Kardashians anytime soon.

The 68-year-old former Olympian spoke to Piers Morgan on Thursday’s episode of Life Stories, where the British host brought up the fact that Jenner kept the details of her gender reassignment surgery a secret from her ex-wife, Kris Jenner, and her former step-children, Kourtney,Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian.

“No, I didn’t tell anybody. It’s none of their business,” she said. “No, it’s not that big a deal.”

When Morgan pointed out that Jenner told the world the truth in her tell-all book, The Secrets of My Life, Jenner noted, “I had to because I had to be honest. The book is about honesty.”

Morgan continued to press Jenner about her intentional secrecy from her former family, but she remained adamant that they didn’t have a right to know.

“I’d already been living as Caitlyn for a year and a half, nobody knows anything,” she said. “I didn’t want them to leak it to the press and there was no reason for them to know about it.”

Morgan then asked, “You didn’t trust them?,” to which Jenner replied, “Of course not, of course I didn’t trust them.”

The book’s release caused a major rift between Jenner and the rest of the reality TV family. The transgender activist did, however, spend Thursday with her daughter, Kendall Jenner, posting a selfie with a white horse to Instagram.

“My girl loves her horses!” she captioned the image.

In a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kendall admitted to Kris that there was a lot she kept from her about Caitlyn. Watch the clip below:
