"You will always be part of us."

Iman is making sure that husband David Bowie's legacy lives on after his death.

Wednesday marks the two-year anniversary of the music icon's passing and in honor of her late spouse, the 62-year-old model shared photos of tattoos that paid tribute to him.

"You will always be part of us. Jan 10th #BowieForever #EverAndEver," she captioned the post.

The first photo is a tattoo of a crescent moon wrapped around the words: "Daddy xxx, 1947-2016."

The second image shows ink of a knife with "David" written on the handle of the object.

Iman does not confirm who has these tattoos but they could belong to herself and her and Bowie's 17-year-old daughter, Alexandria Zahra Jones.

Bowie died just two days after his 69th birthday, and on Monday, Iman again paid tribute to her husband.

Posting several photos of herself and Bowie to Instagram, she wrote: "My favorite love story is ours! #BowieForever #ForeverAndEver."

The singer's son, Duncan Jones, also tweeted in remembrance of his father on what would have been his 71st birthday. "I'm actually pretty cheery today! Dad lived 10 lives in the years he had!" he wrote. "There are many lessons he taught me, but today's most important one is this: Don't beat yourself up. Ever. Learn, pick yourself up and go do something new and brave!"

Last February, Jones accepted an award on his father's behalf at the BRIT Awards. Check out his emotional speech:
