The 'Santa Clarita Diet' star says she has no regrets about the stunt that went down in 1995, saying, 'You only have one life!'

Drew Barrymore has no regrets!

The Santa Clarita Diet star was a guest on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday, where she hilariously recalled the time she flashed David Letterman on his talk show in April 1995.

"I did something in particular with Mr. [David] Letterman on his birthday," Barrymore told host Stephen Colbert, referencing the time she jumped on his desk, performed a provocative striptease and then flashed her breasts. "I literally was like, 'What?'"

"I sometimes think, 'That doesn't feel like me,'" she added. "It's like a distant memory that doesn't seem like me -- but it is me. And that's kind of cool. I'm still down with that. I'm a mother of two. I don't know. I'm such a different person now that it doesn't feel like me, but I'm still into it."

After bursting into laughter, Barrymore exclaimed, "You only get one life!"

True that, girl!

The self-proclaimed "changed woman" now spends her days caring for her two children, daughters Olive, 5, and Frankie, 3, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Will Kopelman.

Barrymore's also made health and fitness a priority. During her chat with the Today show earlier this week, she revealed she's lost 20 pounds since first taking on the role of a flesh-eating zombie in her Netflix show, Santa Clarita Diet.

"If a woman was really eating just protein and nothing else she would lose weight," Barrymore said, referring to her character, Sheila Hammond, who only consumes people. "It gave me this intense responsibility that I said I want to fulfill to be Sheila and then there was like no excuses."

"It is called Santa Clarita Diet but it is more than that for me," she added. "It is doing her hair and putting on nails and accessorizing. Sheila has reminded me in a way that sometimes putting a little into yourself does make you feel a little more alive. Isn't it ironic?"
