'50/50': Can Seth & Joe Find Comedy in Cancer?

Seth Rogen and Joseph Gordon-Levitt take on the serious threat of cancer with a serious sense of humor in their new movie 50/50, in theaters September 30. Check out the smile-inducing trailer.

50/50 finds Gordon-Levitt and Rogen as Adam and Kyle, best friends whose lives are changed by Adam's unexpected cancer diagnosis. Searching for optimism after the doctor's diagnosis gives Adam a 50/50 chance of survival, the two set out to beat the odds, avoid a nervous breakdown, meet women and live life to the fullest.

Jonathan Levine directs from a script by Will Reiser, who wrote the story based on his personal experience. The film also stars Anna Kendrick, Bryce Dallas Howard and Anjelica Huston.
