The first trailer for Tomorrowland is finally here! And George Clooney even took a break from his honeymoon and his beautiful bride Amal Alamuddin to premiere the clip.
"It is not lost on my that I'm spending my honeymoon at Comic Con," he told the audiences on day one of New York Comic Con.
The trailer opens with the Britt Robertson's character being released from prison amid what appears to distress and looting across the U.S. While collecting her belongings, the young actress finds a medallion that teleports her to a tranquil farmland.
Cue, George Clooney’s silky smooth voiceover.
"What if there was a place, a secret place where nothing was impossible? A miraculous place where you could actually change the world. You wanna go?"
Well yeah, we'll go anywhere with Clooney!
George plays Frank, a jaded genius, while Britt takes on the role of Casey, who's just the youthful burst of energy Frank needs to kick him into gear. Together they will travel to Tomorrowland, a enigmatic place that exists somewhere in space and time, and change the world.
Dubbed a mystery adventure in which screenwriter Damon Lindelof (Lost) will supply the mystery while director Brad Bird (The Incredibles, Ratatouille) will bring the adventure, the Disney film opens May 22, 2015.
While Clooney may have kept the wedding talk to a minimum, see what details from the ceremony Bill Murray had to share!
