Holy abs!

The first trailer for Creed is out, and it's hard not to notice and admire Michael B. Jordan's built body in the boxing ring.

In fact, the Fantastic Four star is all the motivation you need to hit the gym this summer when you see him training.

And of course there's this money shot that shows hard work and boxing pays off in muscles!

Jordan plays the part of Adonis Creed, the son of Rocky Balboa's former arch nemesis, Apollo Creed, famously played by Carl Weathers. In the seventh film of the beloved franchise, Sylvester Stallone returns as Rocky and becomes a mentor for Adonis.

While Adonis never met his father, who died in Rocky IV, he does have the patriotic trunks, just like his dad.

And in true Rocky spirit, Adonis proudly quotes him.

"A great fighter once said, 'It ain't about how hard you can hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.'"

Creed is set to hit theaters on Nov. 25.
