Jennifer Aniston isn't phased by the tabloids' obsession with her love life.
The Cake actress sat down with CBS Sunday Morning's Lee Cowan and opened up about her fiance Justin Theroux and their two-year engagement. After decades of dealing with the scrutiny of her personal life from the press, she now says she ignores the reports.
"Just don't pay attention," the 45-year-old actress says. "I think I used to… really, there was a period where I was hell-bent on saying, 'That's not true, that's not right, that's not fair.' And now I just think you have to let it roll off your back, and you realize, I think everyone knows it's all B.S. and like soap opera on paper."
As for how she maintains a happy and healthy relationship with her fiance, she tells Cowan, "The main thing is to try to just keep refocusing back on what you know is true and what makes you guys happy and, you know."
The Friends actress adds, "We know what our truth is. That's all just static."
Do you think Aniston and Theroux will get married in 2015?
The actress' full interview with CBS Sunday Morning airs Sunday, Jan. 4 on CBS.
