Neil Patrick Harris is a busy man.
In addition to hosting the Oscars on Sunday, Feb. 22, Harris is busy prepping his own NBC variety show that is reportedly based on the British series Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
And while fans eagerly await the show's debut, NBC did share an amazing, albeit short preview.
"I only have 15 second to tell you about my new really big show," the 41-year-old actor says. "So I thought instead, why don't I perform a thrilling number to give you a glimpse of what’s coming. Let's do it!"
Unfortunately, his plan does not work out as he's cut for time before he can perform the number.
Harris will have more time to wax poetic when he appears on Inside the Actor's Studio on Feb. 12 at 8 p.m. on Bravo. He will sit with James Lipton, who said in a statement to E! that in accordance with their history of celebrating the Academy Awards on the show, this year will be no different as Harris will be "making magic, literally and figuratively, on our stage."
Just ten days after performing Inside the Actor's Studio, Harris will host the 87th Academy Awards. ETonline will have all of the latest Oscars coverage.
