Amy Schumer Opening for Madonna -- Watch Her Cover 'Like a Prayer' as a Kid

This is Amy Schumer's year! The 34-year-old comedian will be opening Madonna's New York City shows with her stand-up routine, but will she also be singing?

Schumer announced her upcoming performances with the 56-year-old music icon by posting a video of herself singing "Like a Prayer" when she was a child.

"Guess who auditioned for @Madonna and got the part?" the Inside Amy Schumer star tweeted on Thursday.

Schumer and Madonna will be taking over Madison Square Garden on Sept. 16 and 17, as well as Brooklyn's Barclays Center on Sept. 19. Tickets are on sale now.

Also this week, the Material Girl released her star-studded video for "B**ch I'm Madonna." While Schumer wasn't at the dance party, a slew of other celebrities (Beyonce, Chris Rock and Miley Cyrus) made cameos:
