Amy Schumer is not backing down from her infamous Glamour Awards acceptance speech last month, in which she hilariously pointed out that she's "160 pounds and can catch a d**k whenever [she] wants."

The 34-year-old comedian explains her viral speech in a new interview with Glamour magazine.

"If a guy was like, 'I can get p**sy whenever I want,' that guy would be a d**khead. But to deny that there's a major difference is ridiculous," Schumer explains. "For women, we're taught to eat less until we disappear. And trained to believe that if you don't look like everyone else, then you're unlovable. And men are not trained that way. Men can look like whatever and still date a supermodel."

"I'm proud of what I said," she stresses. "I think it's good to see somebody saying: 'I have a belly. And I have cellulite. And I still deserve love. And to catch the old D.' And to not apologize."

The Comedy Central star is similarly unapologetic when it comes to her hookup do's and don'ts.

"Do what you feel you want to do while also considering how you'll feel the next day…. Don't not have an orgasm," she says. "Make sure he knows that you’re entitled to an orgasm. I like to say it. I'll be like, 'Hey, there are two people here.' ... Don't be self-conscious."

But one thing Schumer is actually apologizing for are some of her jokes on race, which she's recently been called out for on social media. After strongly defending herself last month when a Guardian essay criticized her "shockingly large blind spot around race," she apologized on Twitter on Monday to a user who asked her what her thought process was when writing the joke, "I used to date Hispanic guys, but now I prefer consensual."

"I used to do a lot of short dumb jokes like this," Schumer wrote, noting that she made the joke two years ago. "I played a dumb white girl on stage. I still do sometimes. Once I realized I had more eyes and ears on me and had an influence I stopped telling jokes like that onstage."

"I am evolving as an artist," she added. "I am taking responsibility and hope I haven't hurt anyone. I apologize if I did."

With the release of the highly anticipated Trainwreck, Schumer definitely has more eyes and ears on her than ever before. However, she says her fame has definitely hurt her dating life.

"Now I have to wonder what people's intentions are, and also people think that I have more sex than I do," she shares. "But you know what? I made a decision. I'm gonna do this anyway. I'm gonna keep speaking up and creating all this work. I could have roped it in and hopefully found a mate. But I made a decision. And it does feel like sometimes it's a sacrifice for my love life and social life. Hero alert!"
