Kim Kardashian was snapped in San Diego on Wednesday, where the 34-year-old pregnant reality star appeared to be dealing with a case of swollen feet.

Despite the fact that Kim's pregnancy look is on point, the reality star star -- pregnant with her second child with husband Kanye West -- rightly ditched the stilettos in favor of some much more comfy looking slippers.

That's more like it!
Back in 2013, while pregnant with her 2-year-old daughter North, Kim posted a picture proving why swollen feet and stilettos don't mix, writing, "Swollen feet or new Givenchy tattoo?"

On last week's Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim revealed that North was the first person she revealed her pregnancy to.
"I haven't told anyone," Kim told Khloe about her baby-on-the-way. "I told North last night, but I don't think she understands."
