The Nye County Sheriff’s Office gave a press conference on Wednesday afternoon, releasing audio from the 911 call from the Love Ranch in Crystal, Nevada, where former NBA star Lamar Odom was found unconscious on Tuesday.

At least two different individuals were recorded making 911 calls after finding Odom unconscious in his room at the legal brothel. One caller said that the 35-year-old former basketball player was unconscious, but breathing, describing his state as a "deep sleep."

The caller told 911 operators that there was fluid coming from Odom’s mouth that he described as "not a deep red" but more of a "pinkish" color.

A source close to Odom told ET on Wednesday that the former NBA star had suffered some organ failure after he was found unresponsive at the brothel after allegedly suffering a heart attack. While his condition has improved, our source says "it is still dire."

When asked about known drug use, the 911 caller told the dispatchers that Odom had taken an 'enhancement" supplement, consistent with Love Ranch owner Dennis Hof’s claims that the former basketball star had taken an herbal Viagra substitute while staying at the brothel. Detective Michael Eisenloffel told reporters that he had been advised that Odom had obtained the supplement at the Love Ranch.

The caller also relayed information from someone at the establishment claiming that Odom had taken cocaine on Saturday, the day he first arrived at the Love Ranch, but the caller believed that the former NBA star hadn’t used the drug in the days since. Nye County Sheriff Sharon Wehrly said she could not comment on the ongoing investigation, and declined any questions about drug use or whether paraphernalia was found at the scene.

Eisenloffel said that he had spoken to one member of the Kardashian family as part of the ongoing investigation. Eisenloffel said he could not say which family member he spoke to, but that they were "understandably distraught.'

Odom’s ex Khloe Kardashian flew to Las Vegas with sister Kim on Tuesday night to be by his side, and was later joined by sisters Kourtney and Kendall, as well as her mother, Kris Jenner. Odom’s former Los Angeles Lakers teammate Kobe Bryant also visited the 2011 NBA Sixth Man of the Year at the hospital on Wednesday. Kim’s husband Kanye West is expected to fly in on Wednesday evening, a source tells ET.
