Delaney has officially met Taylor.

Delaney Clements, a 13 year old who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma cancer in 2010 and recently began hospice care, created the hashtag #DelaneyMeetTaylor to get Taylor Swift’s attention. On Saturday, the singer made a surprise visit to the Swiftie’s house and made Delaney’s wish come true.

“Literally speechless right now!!!!!” the fan captioned a selfie on Instagram. “My new best friend (as I call her now) made a special stop from going home to Tennessee and surprised me and gave me the best present/ hugg ever!!”

Taylor also shared a collage from her visit with Delaney, simply captioning it, “Merry Christmas Baby.”

This isn’t the first time that the 26-year-old singer has gone out of her way to make a fan battling cancer feel special this year. In March, she granted a 4-year-old fan’s final wish to dance with Taylor to “Shake It Off.” She also donated $50K to help her dancer’s 1-year-old nephew, and another $50k to an 11-year-old fan fighting leukemia.
