Kristin Cavallari Couldn't Hold Baby Saylor for a Week After Car Accident

The former reality star couldn't pick up her 2-month-old daughter for a full week.

After what must have been one of the longest weeks of her life, Kristin Cavallari is finally able to hold her daughter again.

The mother of three was taken to the hospital on Jan. 21 after a car accident and later revealed that she had dislocated her elbow and couldn't hold 2-month-old Saylor. She said that news was "killing" her.

"Morning snuggles with my girl," Cavallari captioned an adorable photo on Instagram. "First time I've been able to hold her by myself in a week."

The 29-year-old reality star and her husband, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, welcomed their new baby on Nov. 23. Sadly, shortly after Saylor's birth, Cavallari's brother, Michael, was found dead in Utah.

After that tragedy and the car accident, the fashion designer said she has "such an appreciation for life."

"Gonna get corny on u for a second," she recently wrote on Instagram. "I am so thankful it wasn't worse, and more importantly that my babies weren't with me. My arm hurts like a bitch, but I'm thankful because I have my arm!"
