Maybe Gyllenhaal is a lucky charm?

Jake Gyllenhaal delivered a little St. Patrick's Day cheer to a Boston rehabilitation hospital, springing a surprise visit on patients there.

The Everest star was touring Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital to research for his role in Stronger, and he took some time out to chat with patients. He even stopped for a selfie with Denna Laing, a forward for the National Women's Hockey League's Boston Pride, who sustained a spinal injury during a game in January.
