The "Pillowtalk" singer also reveals what he finds sexy.
While Zayn Malik's girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, makes a living on her looks, the former One Direction member insists that he values brains over beauty.
The "Pillowtalk" singer tells Paper magazine that at age 23, he now has a different outlook on what he considers sexy. "I've always said it and I still stand by it: I find intelligence attractive. When I learn something from somebody and they teach me something, that's an attractive thing for me," Malik -- who's been dating Hadid since November -- says. "Obviously, I find physical appearance attractive as well, but it's definitely squared more towards a personality as I've gotten older, because you can't have a long-term relationship unless you get on with the person. It doesn't matter really about the exterior."

While his 21-year-old model girlfriend is frequently seen out and about, Malik prefers staying at home. "I don't really enjoy going out too much and partying," he admits, adding that he prefers monogamy over casual dating. "I like to have my own time and be at home, and I kind of need a partner with me to do that. I just like the security of that. It feels good to me. It feels right."
Malik also reveals what his date nights often look like with Hadid. "We'll see each other tonight and probably watch a film," he says. "Netflix and chill. Yeah, we do that a lot."

Earlier this month, it was reported that Hadid and Malik had broken up but a source told ET that the two had quickly rekindled their relationship. "Yes, they're back together, but could be over again in any second," the source says. "Gigi is obsessed with Zayn -- she won't let go of him too easily."
