'Mean Girls' Star Daniel Franzese Is Engaged!

Daniel Franzese, best known for playing the lovable Damian in Mean Girls, is officially engaged!

The 38-year-old actor popped the question to his partner, Joseph Bradley Phillips, at a Starbucks in North Hollywood, California, where the two first met over a year ago. "You guys! @Joeysaidthat said YES!" he tweeted on Monday.

Franzese also took to Instagram one day later to share a photo of the two mid-lock, which was snapped during the sweet proposal. "Thank you @gavinglaze and @laprbtch Mercedes at @starbucks for making this this most memorable moment of our lives," he captioned it. "We are so grateful for your friendships and talents."

"Lovely day," another post read.

Phillips also took to the popular app, gushing over both the proposal and his fiancé.

"It's been a whirl wind of a shock for me these past two days, And I couldn't be happier!" he shared. "The love of my life secured the emotional deal and POPPED the question to me July 16,2016 at 11:00 am. I am beyond excited to move forward with you in this exciting new chapter of both our lives and take on the strength in this union as a whole."

"My dreams have become my reality and my reality My dreams," Phillips, a TV and film stylist, added. "I love you now and beyond the extent of an eternal forever. Ladies and gents were officially getting married! Thank you to every one who emerged this day for me to the surface. I love you guys! Baby were engaged!!!!"

Following a slew of "congratulations!" tweets from fans, co-stars and celebrities, Franzese thanked his followers for their love and support, writing, "Love to all who have expressed joy for our engagement! We are beyond happy and so lifted. #loveislove @Joeysaidthat loves @WhatsupDanny."
