Schumer posted an adorable home video shot by her dad, Gordon, showing her, as a young girl, trying to run away from home.

"Video from the farm when I was running away in the cornfield and my dad was taunting me because I wanted him to come with me," she wrote in the caption. "We lost the farm when we lost everything else. But today I got to buy it back for him."

The 35-year-old Trainwreck star also posted a screenshot of her Facetime conversation with her dad when she shared the exciting news.

Gordon, who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis shortly after the family's bankruptcy when his daughter was only 12, currently lives in an assisted living facility.

This isn’t the first time Schumer has warmed our hearts with an incredibly sweet gift for her dad. Back in April, the comedian set up a Facetime call between her father and his lifelong celeb crush, Goldie Hawn. Check out the adorable moment in the video below.
