Kardashian sported a sexy, sheer top for her mid-day Bel-Air outing, while Thompson kept it casual in a black top and black shorts.
The Good American designer opened up about her relationship with Thompson on Keeping Up With the Kardshians in June, revealing that the NBA star "wants to have kids now."
"He wants to have like, five or six kids with me, and that's lovely," she said. "We could start at one and then grow from there. It's like a really big step."
