Selena Gomez is putting herself first.

The 25-year-old singer has completed a treatment program for wellness in upstate New York, a source tells ET.

“Selena knows her health and wellness require ongoing maintenance," our source says. "This most recent stint was preventative, she hasn’t relapsed and she’s not in a bad place, quite the opposite – she did this to ensure she continues on a good path. It’s super responsible."

During her two-week program in New York, Gomez stayed on-site and focused on therapy, eating healthy meals, Pilates and meditation, according to The Blastwhich was first to report the news.

Gomez, who suffers from Lupus, underwent a kidney transplant last summer and has been vocal about her struggles with mental health and depression, a possible side effect from medication. She completed a 90-day treatment program in Tennessee in 2016 after canceling her tour. "It was one of the hardest things I've done," she said, reflecting on the experience

ET has reached out to Gomez's reps for comment.

Last month, the entertainer took to Instagram to talk about her ongoing struggle with the status of her celebrity after visiting her childhood home.

“The home I grew up in, from birth to 13," she began. "In many ways it very well could have been better than my life today, but I’m grateful for a voice that can enable change today. Even when I don’t know how to do it well or actually want it."

As of now, Gomez is back in Los Angeles and on Wednesday was spotted at a hockey rink, where she watched her beau on the ice. The two were then snapped leaving the building separately.

Jelena continue to be going strong and supportive of one another, even if Gomez's mom, Mandy Teefey, isn't a fan of the rekindled relationship.

A source recently told ET that Teefey "knows not to bring it up anymore" for the sake of her relationship with her daughter.

"[Mandy has] said her piece, and Selena knows how she feels about it, and that’s that,” ET's source revealed. “For the sake of their own relationship, they just don’t talk about it. Mandy knows that Selena is an adult and she’s going to do what she wants."

Meanwhile, Gomez and Bieber are focusing on having a normal relationship. Watch the video below to hear how this time they're taking their relationship more seriously.
