The Mötley Crüe drummer is accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a 2003 private helicopter tour.

A woman who has chosen to remain anonymous has filed a lawsuit accusing Tommy Lee of sexually assaulting her on a helicopter in 2003.

The civil complaint documents filed on Dec. 15, obtained by ET, first reported by People and anonymously filed by Jane Doe, claim that the alleged incident took place around February 2003 on a helicopter ride from San Diego to Van Nuys, California. The plaintiff claims she "was lured under false pretenses by Tommy Lee's personal helicopter pilot, David Martz," to take the ride.

ET has reached out to Lee's rep for comment.

According to the outlet, the plaintiff claims that she and Martz  -- who died in a 2015 plane crash -- became friends around "late 2001 or early 2002," since she frequently conducted business with him as his bank teller. They allegedly arranged "a short helicopter tour sometime in February" during a January 2003 lunch, a ride which the plaintiff claims she was not aware that Lee would also be on.

In the complaint, the plaintiff claims that when she arrived at the hangar where the aircraft was, Lee was present, and Martz informed the plaintiff "that he needed to take Lee to Van Nuys and that the trip would take no longer than 35 to 40 minutes, and then commanded Plaintiff to hop in the helicopter."

The plaintiff claims that Martz and Lee allegedly consumed alcohol, marijuana and cocaine on board, and the pilot instructed her to "just relax" when she wasn't drinking.

She alleges that the two men requested that she sit with them in the cockpit, with the drummer allegedly encouraging her to "sit on his lap so that she would not miss the view." The plaintiff claims she felt "immense pressure" to join them, and she alleged that "within a matter of minutes," Lee began "groping and kissing" her.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff "attempted to pull away from Lee, but he only became more forceful," and she claims that Lee began "penetrating her with his fingers, and attempting to force her to perform oral copulation."

The plaintiff claims that Martz allegedly "merely watched on, smiling" throughout the alleged incident, and the plaintiff says she ceased communication with him after the alleged incident.

The complaint claims that the alleged event "caused the Plaintiff to suffer great shock, distress, humiliation, shame, and guilt," and, per the documents, she claims "Martz and Lee conspired to lure other women ... onto Martz's helicopter under the guise of taking a tour."

The plaintiff is now requesting damages for sexual assault, gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence, and demanding a jury trial.
