Usher Talks Custody Battle with Oprah

For the first and last time, according to Usher, the singer is opening up about his custody battle over his sons in an upcoming episode of Oprah's Next Chapter.

A judge awarded Usher primary custody of his children with ex-wife Tameka Foster in August. The bitter battle featured some mudslinging (Foster accused the Grammy winner of being an absentee father, and alleged that he used drugs in front of the children) and a poignant courtroom moment where Usher broke down in tears.
