The actress, who finished in fifth place on season 17 of the reality dancing competition, will join host Tom Bergeron on Monday’s show as regular co-host Erin Andrews covers post-season baseball.

Bergeron tweeted the news on Friday, writing, "On Monday's @DancingABC my pal @LeahRemini returns to the Ballroom while @ErinAndrews covers the ball game. #DWTS."

Remini actually has some DWTS hosting experience, as she also co-hosted the show on week six of season 19. Her time as replacement co-host will likely be determined by the post-season baseball schedule, as ABC said in a statement to ET: "Leah is confirmed to co-host this coming Monday, October 19th. Anything beyond that has not been determined."

The former DWTS competitor will also be reunited with her pro partner, Tony Dovolani, who lost his partner earlier this season, after Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak-Biermann suffered a mini-stroke and was forced to withdraw from the competition. Learn more in the video below.
