It’s official: Another one of Rory’s ex-boyfriends will be returning for Netflix’s Gilmore Girls revival!

After news broke last week that Matt Czuchry would be reprising his role as Logan Huntzberger, fans learned on Wednesday that Milo Ventimiglia will also be back as Luke’s surly nephew, Jess Mariano.

Ventimiglia tweeted about his return on Wednesday, posting a pic of his script with the caption, “What a great time to get back on set with some friends.”

The 38-year-old actor opened up about the then-rumored revival back in October -- just a few short months after the cast reunited at the ATX Television Festival -- praising series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino and her husband, Dan Palladino, who will be writing and directing all four 90-minute episodes.

"I’m always vocal [about] Amy Sherman-Palladino and Dan Palladino; they’re two of my favorite people and two of my favorite writers ever of all time," Ventimiglia said at the time, via a Facebook post. "Just to be able to speak their words again, of course I would do it. So I told them, yeah, of course I’ll do it."

The actor joins the growing list of original cast members who are returning to Stars Hollow. Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Kelly Bishop, and Scott Patterson have all signed on for the new series, which has already begun production.

Along with Czuchry, Liza Weil and Yanic Truesdale were also both confirmed to be reprising their roles as Paris Geller and Michel Gerard, respectively. Unfortunately though, no Sookie for us.

Your move, Jared Padalecki.
