The 'World of Dance' star says her family never really knew what happened.

Jenna Dewan Tatum is getting some closure.

ET has your first look at this week’s episode of Hollywood Medium With Tyler Henry, which finds the World of Dance host connecting with her late grandfather, Dudley Bursch, through Henry. The 21-year-old clairvoyant tells the star he’s getting information from a man identifying as a “lone wolf.”

“‘Lone wolf’ is a very good way to describe my grandfather,” Tatum explains in a confessional. “That is so my grandfather.”

“He’s having me acknowledge that he was not in a coherent state of mind around the time that he passed,” Henry shares. “He’s actually having me acknowledge self-medication, and he’s apologizing, because he feels like the person he was when he was not self-medicating was very different from the person that he was when he was self-medicating.”

“I don’t know if we know about the self-medication,” he continues. “He may have dealt with a specific addiction problem, but there’s an acknowledgment of, like, I feel like I used something to kind of mask this pain.”

“From what I know, he dealt with mental illness,” Tatums says. “I think he felt a lot of shame about it. Toward the end, I think he stopped taking his medication when my grandmother died. They were together for so long, they were inseparable, that I think he was so, you know, distraught.”

Tatum says the family assumed her grandfather stopped taking his prescription medications for his mental problems, but they never got confirmation.

“My grandmother and grandfather were together for an extremely long time,” she shares in an interview. “They were inseparable. So, when my grandmother died, it jarred the whole family, but it really was jarring for my grandfather. He didn’t know what to do.”

Bursch died suddenly in 2003.

“Ultimately, it ended in a very tragic death,” Tatum notes. “So, my family [was] never really given the healing and the closure that they wanted and that we all need.”
