Kathy Hilton Was Ready to 'Go After' Sutton Stracke Before Health Scare: 'Good Way to Get Out of Being Here'

Kyle Richards' sister said she was ready to 'go after' Sutton before her health scare.

Kathy Hilton had plans for Sutton Stracke before the latter woman's health scare. On part 3 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 reunion, Sutton experienced a scary moment shortly after Kathy made her entrance on set.

It all started when host Andy Cohen asked Erika Jayne who in the group is afraid of Kathy.

"She's Beverly Hills, and you don't want to run crossways with this one," Erika began, before Sutton, sitting on the other couch, gasped and fell backwards onto Garcelle Beauvais.

Andy pointed out that Sutton was shaking as Garcelle noted, "She was saying she was hot a lot."

"A hot flash?" Kathy remarked. "Sutton, you're 49 years old. It's bound to happen!"

As Kathy sat on the other couch, scrolling on her phone and chatting with Erika, Sutton told the paramedic, "I got a little scared."

The paramedic found Sutton's pulse and blood pressure to be high, and encouraged her to go lay down before heading to the hospital. Sutton, however, said, "I don't have steady feet," prompting Kathy to ask Erika if the other woman had a problem with her legs. Erika explained Sutton's neuropathy diagnosis, and Kathy deduced, "Oh, it's neurological."

Kathy didn't stop there. As Garcelle and the paramedic escorted Sutton off set, the show alum told Kyle Richards, "I was about to go after her next."

With a laugh, Kathy added, "I was about to. I think she knew it. It's a good way to get out of being here." Kathy's statement got laughs out of both Kyle and Erika.

As for Sutton, she downed a couple of bananas and some orange juice before Garcelle helped her to the doctor.

"I don't want to die," Sutton told Garcelle in the car, who responded, "You're not going to die because you have more people to ruffle their feathers before you go."

At the end of the episode, an onscreen update read, "After a brief stint in the ER Sutton is back home and making a full recovery with her dogs and Avi right by her side."

ET's Brice Sander spoke to Sutton about her health scare, and she recounted the frightening incident.

"The room spun and kind of went upside down and I remember grabbing onto Garcelle," Sutton told ET. "My body went into a shock," she said. "I think my blood pressure was 175 over 120, and I couldn't stop my legs from shaking. It was really crazy."

When she got to the doctor, Sutton said, "I started throwing up everywhere, literally on the floor... I just kept falling asleep in and out and in and out, and I was cold and hot, and cold and hot."

Ultimately, she was diagnosed with exhaustion, dehydration and bronchitis. Looking back, Sutton is upset she had to leave the reunion early.

"I did have more things to say, and I am sure Garcelle did, as well," she said. "I think [Crystal Kung Minkoff] probably took the torch and probably did a good job, but you know, she's always great and she was very vocal."

As for speculation that the incident had to do with Kathy's presence, Sutton said, "Oh, those editors. It had nothing to do with Kathy's appearance. Kathy and I are good friends. I just had dinner with her two nights ago... Kathy called me and she was like, 'Honey, they're saying this...' and I go, 'Look, it's OK. It'll fall out when we see the episode, because it's obvious that it's not you.'"
