'Suits' Returns! Meghan Markle and Patrick J. Adams Joke About Their Wedding Vows in Sneak Peek (Exclusive)

USA Network

ET exclusively premieres a first look from Wednesday's season seven spring premiere.

Meghan Markle is headed for a fairytale wedding in real life, but we may be getting a preview of her big day on Suits!

USA Network's veteran legal drama returns for the final six episodes of its seventh season on Wednesday, and only ET has the exclusive sneak peek from the spring premiere, which kicks off Markle and co-star Patrick J. Adams' final farewell.

In the exclusive first look, Markle's paralegal-turned-lawyer Rachel Zane is busy making packets for an upcoming case when Adams' Mike Ross, Rachel's fiance and fellow attorney, drops by for some innocent flirtation and early memories of their relationship.

"You know that's why God created paralegals, right?" Mike says to Rachel, when she explains why she's busy filing away papers.

"I do, but when I was a paralegal, a certain associate dumped all of his grunt work on me and I swore, I would never do the same thing," Rachel replies, clearly talking about him.

"I'm sure that was just his way of flirting," Mike adorably reasons, to which Rachel half-jokingly responds with a zinger of her own, referencing their roller-coaster romance: "I'm pretty sure that it wasn't appreciated."

When Mike says that things "worked out in the long run," Rachel jokes with a glint in her eye, "I haven't said any vows yet. Have you?" Watch the exclusive clip below to see how Mike responds.

In January, Adams spoke with The Hollywood Reporter after he officially announced that he would be leaving Suits, several months after Markle's departure was made official following her engagement to Prince HarryWith Mike and Rachel engaged on the show, Adams addressed whether a wedding was in store for the TV couple.

"I think Mike and Rachel are two characters that there has never been any question that they're in love and that they're meant for each other and that they're willing to go to great lengths and sacrifice a ton in order to keep their relationship going," Adams said at the time. "It just so happens that the timing of how I was feeling and what was going on in Meghan's life created an opportunity where there was no need to force some conflict or tear Mike and Rachel apart. It allowed us to go onto whatever happens next for Mike and Rachel together."

Suits returns for the final six episodes of season seven on Wednesday, March 28 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on USA Network.
