Erin Johnson, Executive Producer
Erin has served as Executive Producer since June 2019. She first joined CBS Media Ventures in 2014 as Director of Digital Video and Programming where she turned ET’s digital platform into the #1 source for online entertainment news video. Prior to CMV, Johnson was a Creative Director/Producer working on cross-platform marketing promotional campaigns for syndicated shows such as Ellen, Live with Kelly & Michael, The Dr. Oz Show, The Arsenio Hall Show, Katie and Hot in Cleveland, as well as both the London and Sochi Olympics for NBC. Johnson has a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Politics from Washington and Lee University in Virginia.
Whitney Wallace, Co-Executive Producer
Wallace is an eight-time Daytime Emmy-winning producer with a 17 year history at Entertainment Tonight. She began her career at ET as a production assistant, and has held positions including news producer, supervising producer, news director and senior producer. Wallace currently oversees content creation for ET’s broadcast show, digital platforms, and has also been an integral part of the expansion of the ET brand into specials including “Whitney: A Look Back” for CBS, “Yellowstone” for Paramount Plus and “Queen Elizabeth the Second: The Woman Behind the Crown” for the CW. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
Leslie Kawaguchi, Co-Executive Producer
Also an eight -time Daytime Emmy-winning producer, Kawaguchi has been with ET for 29 years. She began her career at the newsmagazine as an intern and held positions as a production assistant, led the voiceover department, assistant post supervisor, associate director and senior producer. As the script doctor, Kawaguchi oversees every element of ET’s nightly broadcast show. She has also been integral in the expansion of the ET brand into specials including “Whitney: A Look Back” for CBS, “Yellowstone” for Paramount Plus and “Queen Elizabeth the Second: The Woman Behind the Crown” for the CW. Kawaguchi is a graduate of UC Irvine and holds a Masters in Communication from USC.
