The Golden Globes may be over, but celebrities are still stepping out in glamorous ensembles for another special awards ceremony.
Hollywood's leading ladies and gentlemen attended the 2018 National Board of Review Awards Gala at Cipriani in New York City on Tuesday night.
Angelina Jolie took our breath away in a black custom-made Valentino gown that featured a lace overlay and cinched waist. The 42-year-old actress was accompanied by her daughters Shiloh, 11, and Zahara, 13, and First They Killed My Father producer Loung Ung. Jolie also took her 14-year-old son Pax to the Golden Globes on Sunday.
"I'm with a woman I admire very much, and two other women I admire very much," Jolie told ET's Lauren Zima at the event, talking about her dates for the night.
Lupita Nyong'o also knocked it out of the park in a sparkly velvet Balmain two-piece that featured a long-sleeve crop top with silver button detailing on one shoulder and a floor-length pencil skirt.
A handful of stars traded in black for blue for this ceremony, including Gal Gadot, who arrived in a one-sleeve, cut-out Elie Saab cerulean-colored gown and René Caovilla’s black "Snake" sandals.
Meanwhile, Allison Williams rocked a sleek navy Cushnie Et Ochs wide-leg jumpsuit with a stunning David Webb diamond necklace.
Meryl Streep opted for a classic ensemble featuring a navy silk top, black boots and a detailed Oscar de la Renta sequin-and-lace coat with black embroidery. Armie Hammer looked dapper in a bluish-grey Brunello Cucinelli suit with a powder-blue polo and matching flower pin.
Get Out director Jordan Peele also dressed to impress in a royal blue plaid suit with a navy button-up, and Daniel Kaluuya went for a subdued look in a charcoal plaid Burberry suit with a light grey turtleneck.
Call Me By Your Name star Timothee Chalamet continues to reign as Best Dressed Male this awards season in a light grey Thom Browne suit with a white button-up and tri-colored tie.
Tom Hanks, in a sophisticated black suit and grey dress shirt with polka dot tie, and Rita Wilson, in a lovely white lace midi dress and beige coat with fur trim, were ultimate couple goals.
"This is one of the most classically beautiful women who's ever walked the planet Earth," Hanks to ET about his wife on the red carpet. "I can't believe she's married to me. She could've done better, but I'm a lucky man."
