Amy Schumer and Amy Poehler Sharing the Stage is Already Our Favorite 2015 Emmys Moment

'We are Amy.'

This is amazing.

Amy Poehler and Amy Schumer helped kick off the 2015 Emmy Awards together in the perfect way.

The two comedy powerhouses shared the stage together as presenters and after an impressive bit during their entrance where hair and makeup people helped them make a "glamorous" entrance, the two introduced themselves, simply, "We are Amy."

"The Amys" share more than a name however, they are arguably two of the biggest names in comedy today -- Schumer with her first starring feature film, Trainwreck, and Comedy Central's Inside Amy Schumer, and Poehler with the beloved, recently ended comedy, Parks and Recreation.

The two even had the best awards show burn of the night, with Schumer calling out, "Let's not forget what tonight is really about, celebrating hilarious women, and letting the Internet weigh in on who looks worst."

Both comedians were nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a comedy series, but we already got the moment we wanted: those two together, and now it has passed.

Don't fret though, because they're having a good time.

Now, just DO A MOVIE TOGETHER!

If not a movie, we’d settle on them hosting an awards show together. Only problem is before the Emmys, Schumer confessed to ET that she’s not really interested in that, saying, "I don't think you get paid a lot, and it seems kind of thankless."

While no "Amy and Amy" project is in the works (that we know of!), Schumer is writing a picture with her BFF Jennifer Lawrence, who she revealed were texting all day before the awards show.

"We were just gossiping and texting all day," Schumer said. "We don't talk about fashion much. We were just talking sh** about some guys."
