<p>The second half of <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey" rel="" target="_blank"><i>The Real Housewives of New Jersey</i></a>’s season 13 is all about drama.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Bravo released their midseason trailer, which showcases what led to Joe Gorga and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/melissa-gorga">Melissa Gorga</a> skipping <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/teresa-giudice" rel="" target="_blank">Teresa Giudice</a>’s wedding to Luis "Louie"&nbsp;Ruelas in August 2022.</p>

<p>"So, your only sibling is not showing up?" Teresa's&nbsp;makeup artist asks the reality star in the clip,&nbsp;to which a crying Teresa&nbsp;responds, "Yes."</p>

<p>The highly anticipated wedding, held at the Park Chateau Estate &amp; Gardens in East Brunswick, New Jersey, featured a star-studded guest list of Bravo personalities, including Teresa's&nbsp;castmates, Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania, Jennifer Aydin and Jackie Goldschneider. However, one of the show's signature Housewives was noticeably missing from Teresa's&nbsp;big night: sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.&nbsp;</p>

<p>She and her husband, Joe, did not attend the wedding with their three children, spurring speculation that something had gone awry between the relatives, whose turbulent relationship over the years has been documented on the show.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Something bad went down while filming the new season," <a href="https://www.etonline.com/why-joe-and-melissa-gorga-did-not-attend-teresa-giudices-wedding-188713">a source told ET</a>. "It’s like Teresa wants Joe’s life to be ruined and at Melissa’s expense.”</p>

<p>The <i>RHONJ&nbsp;</i>midseason trailer now shows what caused the Gorgas to miss the big event. New Housewife Danielle Cabral tells Melissa, "She caught you in the backseat of a car, kissing a guy."</p>

<p>It's unclear who the "she" is in Cabral's claim.</p>

<p>The rumor was the final straw for Melissa. "How can I celebrate somebody else's marriage when they are constantly trying to destroy mine?" she asks Dolores.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/melissa-gorga-says-teresa-giudice-drew-a-line-in-the-sand-when-she-did-not-pick-her-as-a-bridesmaid">Last month</a>, during an episode of&nbsp;<i>Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen</i>, Melissa&nbsp;shared her point of view when it came to Teresa&nbsp;not asking her to be a bridesmaid in her wedding.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"You said at the last reunion you and Teresa should admit you don’t have a relationship," host Andy Cohen told Melissa, reading a fan's question. "If so, why would you expect to be a bridesmaid given your tumultuous past and non-existent relationship?"</p>

<p>Clarified Melissa, "I didn’t expect to. I just thought it was a little strange when she was putting other sister-in-laws in the wedding. I never fought with her on it. You’ve never seen me argue with her."</p>

<p>Still, for the mom of three, it was a strong indication of where they stand with each other. "I just said, all right, you really drew the line in the sand now, too, like, you're showing our kids that we’re really not a family if you can’t even fake it for a wedding type of thing," she said.</p>

<p>Added Gorga, "If you just put half your sister-in-laws of this new family you met and leave me out, who, I've been around for the last 20 years -- it's just drawing a line."</p>

<p><i>The Real Housewives of New Jersey</i> airs Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.</p>

'RHONJ' Midseason Trailer: Teresa Giudice Cries Over Brother Joe Gorga Skipping Her Wedding

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/joanna-krupa" target="_blank">Joanna Krupa</a>&nbsp;and Douglas Nunes are calling it quits, ET has learned.</p>

<p>Nunes filed divorce documents, obtained by ET, in Los Angeles County, citing irreconcilable differences. He listed the separation date as Jan.&nbsp;2, 2023.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The former <i>Real Housewives of Miami</i> star and model <a href="https://www.etonline.com/real-housewives-of-miami-star-joanna-krupa-marries-douglas-nunes-in-poland-107327">married</a>&nbsp;the business tycoon in Poland in 2018.&nbsp; At the time, a source told&nbsp;ET that Krupa and Nunes, who&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/real-housewives-star-joanna-krupa-engaged-to-douglas-nunes-see-the-ring-99070">got engaged </a>in March 2018, opted for a "small wedding" at Benedictine Abbey in Krakow.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"The couple wanted to elope but decided to have close family and friends," the source explained. "There was about 30 people at the wedding... the couple is over the moon excited for their future."&nbsp;</p>

<p>In November 2019, Krupa announced on Instagram that she had&nbsp;welcomed her first child with Nunes. Krupa shared the news alongside the first photos of her baby girl, Asha-Leigh.&nbsp;</p>

'Real Housewives of Miami' Alum Joanna Krupa's Husband Douglas Nunes Files for Divorce

<p>An Atlanta peach has made her way to Beverly Hills.&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/the-real-housewives-of-atlanta"><i>Real Housewives of Atlanta</i></a> alum <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/cynthia-bailey">Cynthia Bailey</a> recently filmed with the cast of <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/the-real-housewives-of-beverly-hills"><i>Real Housewives of Beverly Hills</i></a>, but isn’t joining the cast, ET has learned.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Cynthia Bailey filmed with the <em>RHOBH</em> ladies over the weekend. She attended a party Kyle Richards was having. Cynthia came as Sutton Stracke’s guest,"&nbsp;the source says.</p>

<p>"Although cameras were rolling, Cynthia is not an official cast member, but is often invited to events by the cast and she decided to go to the dinner. She might be popping in and out as a guest in the upcoming season. Nothing is official and right now it’s casual. Cynthia’s focus is still her acting career."</p>

<p>The dinner took place over the weekend at Richards' home and former <em>RHOBH&nbsp;</em>co-stars Denise Richards and Camille Grammer were also present as cameras rolled, ET has learned.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Richards is filming for the new season,&nbsp;but a&nbsp;source says "it’s looking like just guest spots for now. She might pop up a few times this year and then, who knows? Maybe she’ll want to pick her diamond back up."</p>

<p>Bailey posted a photo to Instagram with the location as Beverly Hills, California, resulting in Stracke, who was also at the dinner, asking, "How did we not take a pic together???"</p>

<p>"You know, I miss my friend. I do. But I know that she's off doing great things," Jayne shared. "She's going to be missed."</p>

<p>"But, hey, the show goes on and we're going to have a great season," Jayne said of the production, which is currently underway. "We've been together as a group three times and so far, so good."</p>

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/prince-harry" rel="" target="_blank">Prince Harry</a> and other public figures who are suing Associated Newspapers Ltd (ANL) attended the High Court on Monday in London, England, for a case in which they claim they were hacked.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Duke of Sussex, Sir Elton John and actresses Sadie Frost and Liz Hurley are among the individuals who allege unlawful information gathering.</p>

<p>Harry, <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-65087072" rel="" target="_blank">who wore a black</a> suit and blue tie, arrived at the Royal Courts of Justice on The Strand after flying to London overnight from the United States, according to the <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-65087072" rel="" target="_blank"><em>BBC</em></a>. Elton John and&nbsp;actress Sadie Frost also showed up to court.</p>

<p>A four-day preliminary High Court hearing in London, starting on Monday, will consider legal arguments and a judge will decide whether the case will go any further. ANL is bidding to end the claims, and has described the allegations as "preposterous smears."</p>

<p>Others taking part in the legal action include Elton John's husband, David Furnish, Baroness Doreen Lawrence --&nbsp;the mother of Stephen Lawrence, who was murdered in a racist attack in 1993 --&nbsp;and Sir Simon Hughes.</p>

<p>The seven claimants launched their legal action last year after becoming aware of apparent "compelling and highly distressing evidence that they have been the victims of abhorrent criminal activity and gross breaches of privacy" by ANL, <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-03-27/duke-of-sussex-arrives-in-uk-for-high-court-fight-on-information-misuse" rel="" target="_blank">according to a statement</a> by law firm Hamlins released in October 2022.</p>

<p>Their law firm&nbsp;<a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11906335/Prince-Harry-arrives-High-Court-hearing-against-Associated-Newspapers-hacking-claims.html">alleges in written</a> submissions to the court that the newspaper group engaged in "illegally intercepting voicemail messages, listening into live landline calls, obtaining private information…and using private investigators to commit these unlawful information gathering acts on their behalf."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Associated Newspapers, meanwhile,&nbsp;"utterly and unambiguously" denies the "unsubstantiated and highly defamatory claims, based on no credible evidence," which it describes&nbsp;as "preposterous smears"&nbsp;and an "orchestrated attempt to drag the <em>Mail</em> titles into the phone-hacking scandal."</p>

<p>Court proceedings began with a bid by ANL's lawyers to have certain reporting restrictions imposed in the case.</p>

<p>Harry reportedly sat towards the back of the courtroom, occasionally taking notes in a small notebook as legal arguments were made.</p>

<p>His appearance on Monday is believed to be the first time the 38-year-old royal&nbsp;has been back to the United Kingdom&nbsp;since Queen Elizabeth II's&nbsp;funeral in September. It's also just over a month ahead of his&nbsp;his father, King Charles III's, coronation on May 6.&nbsp;</p>

<p>His surprise return also comes nearly three months after he publicized stories about his troubled relationship with his dad and his brother, Prince William, in his autobiography, <em>Spare</em>. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also released a Netflix documentary,&nbsp;<em>Harry &amp; Meghan</em>,&nbsp;with his wife, Meghan Markle, in December.</p>

<p>Buckingham Palace tells ET King Charles was not in Windsor or London on Monday while Prince Harry attended the High Court proceedings.&nbsp;A royal source&nbsp;tells ET Prince William, Kate Middleton and their children were&nbsp;also&nbsp;not in Windsor as they are away for Easter.&nbsp;</p>

Prince Harry Shows Up at High Court For Hearing Against Associated Newspapers

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/ariana-madix">Ariana Madix</a> could care less about <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/tom-sandoval">Tom Sandoval</a> and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/raquel-leviss">Raquel Leviss</a>.</p>

<p>In a video obtained by <em><a href="https://pagesix.com/2023/03/26/ariana-madix-shades-tom-sandoval-raquel-leviss-after-pump-rules-reunion/" rel="" target="_blank">Page Six</a></em>, the <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/vanderpump-rules"><i>Vanderpump Rules</i></a> star is asked about Sandoval and Leviss <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tom-sandoval-and-raquel-leviss-photographed-having-dinner-together-after-vpr-reunion-201574" rel="" target="_blank">spending time together</a> after filming the reunion last week and following news breaking that Sandoval cheated on Madix with Leviss.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"What are your thoughts about Raquel and Tom hanging out right after the show,"&nbsp;the paparazzi ask.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I don’t know what they do. I don’t follow that," says Madix.</p>

<p>"Do you care at all what they did? Them hanging out,"&nbsp;he says.</p>

<p>"At this point, I don’t care about anything either of them does,"&nbsp;the 37-year-old reality star fires back.</p>

<p>According to photos obtained by <em><a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/03/25/vanderpump-rules-tom-sandoval-raquel-leviss-dinner-together-reunion-filming/">TMZ</a></em>, Sandoval and Leviss were spotted dining at the famed Musso &amp; Frank Grill in Hollywood late Thursday night, just after they taped the <i>Vanderpump Rules</i> reunion. According to the outlet, nobody else from the cast attended the dinner.</p>

<p>While they didn't engage in any PDA, the outlet also reports they looked very much like a couple, sitting closely together in a booth. <em>TMZ</em> reports they arrived at the famous eatery at around 10 p.m. PT, sat in the booth and ordered a bottle of wine, oysters and some entrées.</p>

<p>As for what they talked about, the outlet reports the reunion show was very much the main headline and that, at one point, Leviss was overheard saying, "I can't believe she said that."</p>

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/tom-sandoval">Sandoval</a> and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/raquel-leviss">Leviss</a> were recently spotted together for the first time since <a href="https://www.etonline.com/ariana-madix-throws-shade-at-raquel-leviss-the-latest-in-the-vanderpump-rules-cheating-scandal">Scandoval</a>. The duo was photographed having a casual chat together on March 23, after filming for the highly-anticipated <a href="https://www.etonline.com/vanderpump-rules-reunion-heres-everything-we-know-exclusive-201462">season 10 reunion</a> of <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/vanderpump-rules"><i>Vanderpump Rules</i></a><i> </i>wrapped.</p>

<p>"Raquel and Tom took time to sit and talk after filming," a source told ET. "They chatted over what happened on set and how they felt. It was a rough day but they are happy they were able to show the cast their side of things."</p>

<p>In the pics, Sandoval and Leviss, both wearing all black, appeared to have a pleasant chat. Sandoval was smoking a cigarette throughout the catch-up, while Leviss held a water bottle.</p>

<p>Leviss' recent outing with Sandoval came not long after <a href="https://www.etonline.com/raquel-leviss-dropping-restraining-order-against-scheana-shay-wanted-to-film-reunion-together">ET exclusively learned</a> she was going to drop the temporary restraining order against her other <em>Vanderpump Rules</em> co-star, <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/scheana-shay">Scheana Shay</a>, who <a href="https://www.etonline.com/scheana-shay-slams-raquel-leviss-restraining-order-filing-amid-vanderpump-rules-drama-200621">denied</a> getting into a <a href="https://www.etonline.com/vanderpump-rules-raquel-leviss-files-restraining-order-against-scheana-shay-after-alleged-200456">physical altercation</a> with Leviss.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I can confirm that my attorney took my case off the court calendar Wednesday and is filing the appropriate paperwork requested by the court today to dismiss the TRO from moving forward after the 29th. We let the court know I will not be moving forward with a permanent restraining order. My team tried to work with Scheana on a mutually beneficial agreement hoping to get the TRO dropped earlier so we could film [the&nbsp;reunion] together," Leviss told ET.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>She continued, "The TRO was intended to provide a cooling-off period after I was punched but I didn’t want to continue with the permanent RO nor did I want to cause Scheana further agony and stress."</p>

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/latest/people/tom-sandoval">Sandoval</a> and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/ariana-madix">Madix</a> called it quits on March 10, after cheating allegations between Sandoval and Leviss came to light.</p>

Ariana Madix Reacts to Ex Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss' Post-Reunion Dinner

<p>There’s no doubt <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/vanderpump-rules"><i>Vanderpump Rules</i></a>&nbsp;is having a resurgence, but the future of the show is unknown, ET has learned.&nbsp;</p>

<p>After seeing how the reunion played out, a source tells ET that the creative team behind <i>Vanderpump Rules</i> is trying to figure out where the show goes next.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Meetings are on the books to discuss the series'&nbsp;future. It has not yet been renewed for season 11. In the next few weeks, they are "going to be floating different ideas to move forward,"&nbsp;the source says. "Maybe an after-the-storm way, focusing on [Katie and Ariana’s sandwich shop] Something About Her, and going that route, not focusing on this drama."</p>

<p>What's more, production might have issues with filming. ET has learned that&nbsp;"Ariana said that, unless absolutely necessary, she won’t film with Tom Sandoval. She stated her feelings [at the reunion] and now it’s time to untangle herself from Tom."</p>

<p>Although production isn’t positive where the show will go, they do want longtime viewers to "get another season"&nbsp;and there’s a lot of material to work with.</p>

<p>Season 10 picked up just as Lala's personal world began to fall apart. <a href="https://www.etonline.com/vanderpump-rules-reunion-trailer-lala-kent-breaks-down-in-tears-as-co-stars-question-randall-emmett">She ended her engagement</a> to movie producer Randall Emmett, moving out of their Bel-Air mansion with their then-infant daughter, Ocean, <a href="https://www.etonline.com/lala-kent-says-she-got-the-fk-out-after-randal-emmett-cheating-allegations-surfaced-176014">as cheating allegations spread</a> on gossip blogs. Then, the <a href="https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/business/story/2022-06-30/randall-emmett-bruce-willis-pacino-lala-kent"><i>Los Angeles Times</i></a> dropped a bombshell exposé about Randall, making&nbsp;him out to be, as Lala put it, "a mini Harvey Weinstein." Lala claims to have heard "much worse" about her ex than what's been printed in the press, while Randall's denied all allegations brought against him.&nbsp;</p>

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/why-lala-kent-says-filming-vanderpump-rules-season-10-saved-her-amid-custody-battle-war-exclusive">Last month</a>, Lala told ET, "It's horrific and disturbing, and it's why I'm in a custody battle. Ocean Kent has to be protected. It's really bad."</p>

<p>Producers would also like to continue to show <em>VPR</em> fans how <a href="http://etonline.com/people/tom-schwartz">Tom Schwartz</a> and <a href="http://etonline.com/people/katie-maloney-schwartz">Katie Maloney</a>&nbsp;"manage after divorce and figure out a way to keep certain people happy."</p>

<p>Last month, <a href="http://etonline.com/people/katie-maloney-schwartz">Maloney</a> spoke with ET&nbsp;about her relationship with Schwartz and the infamous kiss with Leviss.</p>

<p>"It just made me realize that this person, under no circumstances, will never respect me and will just continue to humiliate me," Maloney told ET of Schwartz's kiss, which went against the one thing she asked of him when <a href="https://www.etonline.com/vanderpump-rules-stars-tom-schwartz-and-katie-maloney-finalize-divorce-192616">they called off</a> their more than decade-long romance last year.</p>

<p>"That was part of us moving forward in this friendship and kind of trying to maintain a friendship and boundaries and comfortability," she said of her request that they not hook up within their mutual friend group. "I thought that would help us, because it's toxic. I didn't want us to be a <i>Vanderpump Rules</i> statistic where it becomes very incestuous."</p>

<p>Meanwhile, filming at Thursday’s reunion felt "sad, but a relief," ET's source says. "Tom [Sandoval] was combative, Raquel didn’t say much off camera and it was so exhausting."</p>

<p>The source adds that "as&nbsp;draining as it was, everyone really was supportive, and caring and got their crap out, but with heads held high. Sandoval was ultimately contrite, which most didn’t like. Raquel came across like Sandoval loved her more than Ariana."</p>

<p>The source also noted&nbsp;that Leviss'&nbsp;role on the show is "up in the air" and Sandoval’s is "a question mark." That said, no decisions have been made about any of the current cast's future, either.</p>

'Vanderpump Rules': What's Next for the Show and Its Stars Following the Reunion (Exclusive)

<p>The Bravo Super Bowl is here. The&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/vanderpump-rules"><i>Vanderpump Rules</i></a>&nbsp;reunion filmed in Los Angeles on Thursday&nbsp;and a source told ET that it was&nbsp;"going to be done like never&nbsp;before."</p>

<p>"So many logistics have gone into preparing for the event," the source shared. "Raquel [Leviss] and Scheana [Shay] will both be at the reunion but they are not allowed to be within 100 yards of each other."</p>

<p>The source added, "Each will film with the cast at separate times, and while either isn't filming, they will be off-set in a different location. There was discussion that they could possibly video call in while not on set, but due to the restraining order that Raquel filed against Scheana, they can't address one another."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Bravo confirmed this by releasing the reunion seating chart on Thursday.</p>

<p>Earlier this month, Raquel Leviss <a href="https://www.etonline.com/vanderpump-rules-raquel-leviss-files-restraining-order-against-scheana-shay-after-alleged-200456">filed a restraining order</a> against her co-star, <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/scheana-shay">Scheana Shay</a>. ET confirmed that Leviss filed to seek court-ordered protection from Shay following an alleged altercation between the ladies.</p>

<p>After submitting her temporary restraining order request, the judge approved it, and ordered Shay to stay 100 yards away from Leviss, her home, vehicle and workplace. The judge has also set a March 29 hearing date.</p>

<p>Shay’s lawyer, Neama Rahmani, told ET of the reunion, "Scheana will be present at today’s filming in person. Scheana intends to follow the law, but she wants to be part of the reunion. If Rachel attends, Scheana and <i>Vanderpump Rules </i>will make sure that Scheana remains 100 yards away to comply with the restraining order."</p>

<p>He added, "There is no real way for the temporary restraining order to be dropped, so it will remain in effect until the permanent hearing on March 29 and then it will just lapse if Rachel doesn’t pursue it.&nbsp; And if Rachel does pursue it, Scheana intends to call witnesses and present evidence to disprove her false accusations."</p>

<p>Bravo understood that&nbsp;Thursday’s reunion was going to be intense, but wanted&nbsp;to remind the cast of <em>Vanderpump Rules</em> to respect one another.</p>

<p>Another source told ET, "Bravo has let some of the cast know and plans to remind them on set that filming the reunion is a safe space, and no matter how upset they get, no one should put their hands on anyone. Security will be on the set."</p>

<p>In an effort to allow <a href="https://www.etonline.com/latest/people/tom-sandoval">Tom Sandoval</a> and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/ariana-madix">Ariana Madix</a> to speak with host <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/andy-cohen">Andy Cohen</a> without much interruption, they will be filming a separate segment with him, alone. <a href="https://www.etonline.com/latest/people/tom-sandoval">Sandoval</a> and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/ariana-madix">Madix</a> called it quits on March 10, after cheating allegations between Sandoval and Leviss came to light.</p>

<p>"Bravo wants to make sure Ariana and Tom have the ability to talk, so Andy Cohen is planning to do a sit-down with just them, either together or separately depending on how things go," the source noted.&nbsp;"There is also talk of Raquel getting alone time with or without Sandoval."</p>

'Vanderpump Rules' Reunion: Here's Everything We Know Since Filming Took Place

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/raquel-leviss">Raquel Leviss</a> feels she no longer needs protection from <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/scheana-shay">Scheana Shay</a>,&nbsp;because she's&nbsp;filing&nbsp;to have her temporary restraining order (TRO) against her <i>Vanderpump Rules</i> co-star dropped, ET has learned.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I can confirm that my attorney took my case off the court calendar Wednesday and is filing the appropriate paperwork requested by the court today to dismiss the TRO from moving forward after the 29th. We let the court know I will not be moving forward with a permanent restraining order. My team tried to work with Scheana on a mutually beneficial agreement hoping to get the TRO dropped earlier so we could film [the <em>Vanderpump Rules</em> reunion] together," Leviss exclusively tells ET.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>She continues, "The TRO was intended to provide a cooling-off period after I was punched but I didn’t want to continue with the permanent RO nor did I want to cause Scheana further agony and stress."</p>

<p>During Thursday’s filming of the <i>Vanderpump Rules</i> reunion, Leviss gave host Andy Cohen a document that showed she planned to drop the restraining order against Shay.&nbsp;</p>

<p>ET has obtained photos of the document Raquel allegedly gave to Andy at the VPR reunion.</p>

<p>Shay’s attorney, Naema Rahmani, tells ET, "Rachel had Andy 'serve' Scheana with a document during the reunion, but the papers have no legal meaning. It was a request to dismiss a complaint or a civil lawsuit, but Rachel had requested a permanent restraining order, which is something completely different."</p>

<p>He continues,&nbsp;using Leviss' legal name, "There is no way for Rachel to 'drop' the temporary restraining order before next week’s hearing. This is California law and even on the court’s website. Even if Rachel had the correct document, which she didn’t, it wasn’t filed with the court. There is no file stamp in the top right corner. This was just another public relations stunt by Rachel and her team. If Rachel really wanted to make this go away, she would come out and publicly say the 'punch' never happened and she is sorry for all the harm she caused Scheana, Ariana, and her other friends."&nbsp;</p>

<p>"If she wants to make this go away, she can tell everyone that she wasn’t punched and she lied, and that she doesn’t intend to go forward with a permanent restraining order. That wouldn't undo the damage she has caused, and she still filed a false police report, but it would go a long way toward resolving the legal issues."</p>

<p>Leviss tells ET, "The document was a dismissal form that the court asked us to submit and I wanted to show Scheana my intentions and that we had informed the judge we weren’t moving forward --&nbsp;and it was an explanation at the reunion to alleviate Scheana’s concerns."</p>

<p>Behind the scenes, Leviss and Shay’s teams tried to work out an agreement that would allow them to&nbsp;film at the&nbsp;reunion together, but it fell apart, ET learned.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A source tells ET, “Raquel’s team, with productions knowledge, attempted to find a mutually acceptable resolution with Scheana to help get the TRO dropped prior to filming so that they could both attend the reunion together. Raquel’s team proposed they would both agree that the argument escalated and got physical but that both women wished to move forward from it, agreed there was no fault, would stop talking about it after the reunion, and would stop making any disparaging remarks related to the incident after the reunion.”&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Had they come to a reasonable agreement Raquel was prepared to appear in court Tuesday to drop the TRO. Unfortunately, Scheana rebuked the offer, which kept the burden on production to find a solution for them to film separately,"&nbsp;the source adds.&nbsp;"Scheana's team wanted Raquel to say the punch never happened, and Raquel refused."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Earlier this month, Leviss<a href="https://www.etonline.com/vanderpump-rules-raquel-leviss-files-restraining-order-against-scheana-shay-after-alleged-200456"> filed a restraining order</a> against Shay, seeking court-ordered protection from her co-star following an alleged altercation between them.</p>

<p>After submitting her temporary restraining order request, the judge approved it, and ordered Shay to stay 100 yards away from Leviss, her home, vehicle and workplace. The judge has also set a March 29 hearing date.</p>

<p>Shay <a href="https://www.etonline.com/scheana-shay-slams-raquel-leviss-restraining-order-filing-amid-vanderpump-rules-drama-200621">pushed back at claims</a> made by Leviss in her filing for a restraining order.</p>

<p>At Thursday’s <em>Vanderpump Rules</em> reunion, Leviss and Shay were both there in person but had to stay 100 feet away from one another and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/vanderpump-rules-reunion-heres-everything-we-know-exclusive-201462">filmed segments separately</a>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This drama comes following&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/latest/people/tom-sandoval">Tom Sandoval</a> and <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/ariana-madix">Ariana Madix</a> calling it quits on March 10, after cheating allegations between Sandoval and Leviss came to light.</p>
