<p>Like mother, like daughter! <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/isabella-giannulli" rel="" target="_blank">Bella Giannulli</a> is following in&nbsp;mom&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/lori-loughlin" rel="" target="_blank">Lori Loughlin’s</a> footsteps, as she stars&nbsp;in the short film <em>sticks &amp; stones</em>, written and produced&nbsp;by filmmaker <a href="https://www.instagram.com/emilyyysinger/" rel="" target="_blank">Emily Singer</a>.</p>

<p>"I have always been obsessed with movies, television, and theater. I spent a lot of my adolescence on sound stages and sets <a href="https://www.etonline.com/bella-giannulli-recreates-mom-lori-loughlins-look-from-full-house-158302" rel="" target="_blank">watching my mom work</a>, but the thought of pursuing it as a career didn’t cross my mind until I was a teenager,"&nbsp;the 24-year-old tells ET.&nbsp;</p>

I quickly fell in love with the art and the community it brought me. Everything felt so magical,"&nbsp;she adds.</p>

<p>Since then, the actress has been sharpening her skills at Stella Adler Academy, and taking some tips from the <em>Full House</em> star.</p>

<p>"I feel incredibly lucky that I have a family member who’s in this industry. You’re faced with a lot of rejection, so this job requires a lot of resilience and patience,"&nbsp;<em>The Nail Polish Sisters</em> podcast host says.</p>

<p>"We were recently having a conversation and she said to me, ‘Belly, just put one foot in front of the other and keep up the hard work.’ There is a comfort in her words, knowing she once was in my position,"&nbsp;she continues.</p>

I genuinely just love the art and community surrounding it,"&nbsp;she shares.&nbsp;</p>

<p><em>sticks &amp; stones</em> depicts themes of sexual assault, hookup culture, seeking out comfort with a partner, reclaiming your identity, and the struggle of learning to love yourself.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I think the more openly we share these stories, it gives women the power to begin having these conversations without shame. … It’s a lonely world, so if we can help, even, one person feel less alone, I think we’ve done our job,"&nbsp;the actress explains.</p>

<p>"It’s important for women, particularly young women, to feel like they have a voice and not to be afraid to tell their story," the director adds.&nbsp;"I hope viewers know they’re not alone and that it’s so important to advocate for yourself, and to be vulnerable and ask for help if you need it. Asking for help needs to be recognized as a strength, not a weakness."</p>

Jennifer Lopez Launches a Stylish Shoe Collection with Revolve

<p>Eye for style! Erin Lichy is joining season 14 of <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/the-real-housewives-of-new-york-city" rel="" target="_blank"><em>The Real Housewives of New York City</em></a> as one of the seven <a href="https://www.etonline.com/the-real-housewives-of-new-york-city-meet-the-all-new-cast-members-192751" rel="" target="_blank">new cast members</a>, and she’s excited to add reality television star to her already impressive resume.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Entering into unchartered territory, while challenging, has been fulfilling in ways I never would have expected. Having the ability to portray my version of NYC has been truly very rewarding,” Lichy tells ET of the filming process.&nbsp;</p>

<p>And her version of Manhattan&nbsp;encompasses all that the city has to offer, even inspiring her career as a top realtor for The Eklund Gomes team of Douglas Elliman and the owner of her design firm, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/homegirlny/" rel="" target="_blank">Homegirl</a>.</p>

<p>“When I joined the Eklund Gomes team at Douglas Elliman four years ago, I worked with many high net worth clients. A lot of those clients had used architects and designers to renovate their spaces, some of which ended up hurting the sale because the spaces were not designed with the future market in mind,” she explains.</p>

<p>After noticing this, Lichy decided to create her own design and renovation firm that helps with&nbsp;every step of the home process, including designing spaces with upcoming demographics in mind.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“I have a rich, modern design style, where I incorporate color and elements of nostalgia. … Walking around historic areas of Manhattan and looking at the ornate details and designs created so many years ago, juxtaposed against modernist architecture, to me, is everything,” she says.</p>

<p>“I try to be there for the important things, like school events and major moments, but most importantly, I have worked on really being present when I'm with the family. … Sometimes I just have to miss the bedtime routine and I've learned not to beat myself up over it like I used to,” she notes.&nbsp;</p>

<p>During that quality time, the design expert makes sure to teach her kids&nbsp;valuable life lessons to help instill a strong work ethic within them as they grow up.</p>

With the right mindset and tenacity, you can get wherever you intend to go,” Lichy advises.</p>

'Real Housewives of New York City' Newcomer Erin Lichy on Balancing Her Real Estate Career With Motherhood

<p>Francisco Lindor is dedicated on and off the field! The 29-year-old Mets player sat down with <a href="https://hauteliving.com/2023/03/francisco-lindor-haute-living-cover-story/" rel="" target="_blank"><em>Haute Living New York</em></a> to explain how he balances his baseball career with marriage and fatherhood.</p>

<p>“Before my family — my wife and my daughter — baseball was probably 85% of my life. Now, it has shifted a little bit,” he tells the magazine.&nbsp;And despite the slight shift, Lindor gives his all to both aspects of his life, and appreciates the safety they each provide him.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“In a relationship, when you go from just talking to dating to being engaged to marriage, your relationship just continues to grow. It’s the same thing with the Mets. I signed this long-term commitment; I feel secure, and I’m ready to give everything I’ve got to the organization and my Mets family,” the professional&nbsp;athlete adds.&nbsp;</p>

<p>When carving out time for his relationship with wife, Katia Reguero, whom he shares 2-year-old daughter Kalina with, the baseball player puts in effort so that they can evolve together.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“I ask questions. I try to understand, and my wife has taught me to listen to her. With Katia, I have learned to try to communicate a little better.”&nbsp;</p>

<p>Beyond keeping open communication, Lindor also likes to show his love by&nbsp;taking care of his family&nbsp;and spending quality time together.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Luxury is the ability to get yourself things that bring you joy, and for me, joy can be found in getting a nice stroller for my daughter, watching a nice TV when I’m sitting by myself on the couch, having a personal chef.&nbsp;I have a nice weight room at my house. I don’t have to leave my house to work out — that is a luxury. Being able to take my daughter to Disney World — even though I don’t like theme parks — that is a luxury, too."</p>

New York Mets Star Francisco Lindor on Balancing His Baseball Career With Marriage and Fatherhood

<p>Not only does the owner help provide the four-legged animals with love, but he helps people receive it too.</p>

<p>“Rescuing a dog can enhance people’s lives because of the unconditional, unwavering love they provide. … My favorite part of rescuing dogs is seeing dogs who would have been euthanized or died being loved in families,” he says.</p>
