Robert Pattinson's high-fashion work with Dior has really improved his grooming habits.

"I was a brush-your-teeth-and-have-a-shower kind of guy," the Twilight heartthrob admits to The Wall Street Journal of his routine prior to landing the Dior Homme Eau for Men campaign. "I can't tell if it's because of my association with Dior or because I'm older, but I've started moisturizing."

The 27-year-old actor adds that he's been using Dior's Dermo System Repairing Moisturizing Emulsion. "It's been a quite profound change in my life."

The newspaper points out that Pattinson's Dior Hommes commercial, directed by Romain Gavras (best known for M.I.A.'s video Born Free), has already garnered over 15 million views on YouTube, and the black-and-white short will be making its way to the states come February. "I like trying to do ambitious things," he says of the "violent and visceral" campaign. "That's what got me really enthusiastic about the campaign, that [Dior] wasn't shying away from anything."

As for his fashion sense, Pattinson confesses that though he may smell good, he still loves "old Hanes T-shirts." He quips, "There are stores that sell these sweat-stained T-shirts for like $80. It's a weird cult!"

Pattinson does plan to return to the big screen. He'll star in David Cronenberg's Maps to the Stars as well as a project headed up by famed director Werner Herzog. "This year, I'm trying to see what my niche is," he touts.
