Though Jessica Simpson has posted plenty of swimsuit shots since dropping the baby weight -- and then some -- from her second pregnancy with son Ace Knute, her latest Instagram shot has to be seen to believed.

... Clearly, Weight Watchers is doing the body good!
"I'm seriously only human, just like you guys," she explained about her struggle with weight issues last January. "It is hard to lose weight, but when I teamed up with Weight Watchers it actually wasn't as hard as I thought. It was just something that became a lifestyle."
