Kate Middleton is one adorable pregnant woman.

The stylish Duchess of Cambridge made her most recent public appearance at the Place2be Wellbeing in Schools Awards Reception at Kensington Palace on Wednesday, where she accented her baby bump in a belted polka-dot Hobbs peplum top and a metallic blue Jenny Packham skirt. She finished off the ensemble with black heels and an eye-catching pair of Temple of Heaven drop earrings.

Kate, 32, is currently four months pregnant, and was on hand to lend her support for Place2B, a British organization that works to improve the emotional well-being of children.

Of course, fashionistas everywhere are eagerly awaiting what Kate will wear during her planned visit to New York City on Dec. 7, where she and Prince William plan to attend a number of events for charity as well as visit the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center.

But they'll also be squeezing a little fun time in the packed trip, attending a Nets vs. Cavaliers game "to support the ongoing collaboration between the Royal Foundation, United for Wildlife and the NBA."
