Sporting a purple smokey eye, peachy-pink lip and sleek, straight hair, Lopez kept all eyes on her stunning numbers. Her first look of the night was a sheer, curve-hugging Zuhair Murad couture jumpsuit with dark purple embellishments, an ensemble she rocked while walking the red carpet.

Later, Lopez upped the glamour with a glitzy gold Elie Saab playsuit that featured a plunging neckline. She highlighted her tiny waist with a shiny belt, and put her toned legs on full display with the help of a pair of sky-high gold stilettos.

Lopez and Anthony, who are currently collaborating on a new Spanish-language album together, performed a duet of the classic 1984 Spanish tune, "Olvidame y Pega la Vuelta." Lopez also took the stage to present Anthony with the Latin Recording Academy's Person of the Year award.

During her speech, the brunette beauty couldn't help herself from gushing over the father of her two children, 8-year-old twins Emme and Max, calling him "a living legend" and "pure artist."
"He will always be a lot of things to me," she continued. "He's my kindred spirit. My love."
