It’s only week two of America’s
Next Top Model
and the competition is already heating up.

The 14 girls -- cycle 23’s official contestants -- may be
waking up in the Top Model House for the first time, but there’s no getting
comfortable. Host Rita Ora sends them to Harlem to practice their walk, which
according to model and runway coach Stacy MacKenzie, needs a lot of work.

After some much-needed practice (and plenty of tears), the
girls gear up for their first photoshoot: posing while falling off the end of
the runway. Literally. And ET has your first look at the challenge, which
features special guest Zendaya, who offers the competition some advice about
being a boss. You know, as in one part of Rita’s “Triple B” -- a boss, a brand
and a business.

“I wanted to really find a superstar,” Ora told ET about what the judging panel is looking for, when we stopped by the ANTM set. “I think we all do -- somebody that can really compete in this industry in the world we live in and with social media, just being a superstar in all boundaries.”

Watch as the girls attempt to werk the runway and slay the competition, when America’s Next Top Model airs on VH1 tonight at 10 p.m. ET.
