Simon Cowell is back to the judging panel in this singing competition show based on the British program of the same name. "The X Factor," which also features Paula Abdul, Antonio "L.A." Reid, Cheryl Cole, Nicole Scherzinger and Steve Jones, will air Thursdays on FOX.

Kevin Dillon plays the trainer of a columnist in this buddy comedy based on the John Bridges book of the same name. "How to Be a Gentleman" is expected to air Thursdays on CBS.

"Person of Interest"

Jim Caviezel plays a former CIA agent who attempts to prevent crimes in New York. "Person of Interest" is set to air Thursdays on CBS.

"Bent"

Amanda Peet finds herself attracted to a guy that she normally would never fall for in this single-camera romantic comedy. "Bent" will air on NBC but the exact timeslot has not yet been determined.

"H8R"

Mario Lopez hosts this reality show which pairs celebrities with the people who hate them. "H8R" is expected to be shown Wednesdays on the CW.

"Are You There Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea"

Laura Prepon ("That '70s Show") stars in this single-camera comedy based on comedienne Chelsea Handler's memoir of the same name. "Are You There Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea" will air on NBC but the exact timeslot has not yet been determined.

"Last Man Standing"

Tim Allen returns to TV in this half-hour comedy as a man immersed in a world ruled by women. Look for "Last Man Standing" Tuesdays on ABC.

"2 Broke Girls"

Whitney Cummings co-created this comedy about two broke young ladies (Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs), try to survive in New York City. "Two Broke Girls" is set to air Mondays on CBS.

"Whitney"
