By now, most everyone is familiar with the story of Rebecca Black's YouTube smash "Friday." The tune became an overnight sensation, and as of June 2011, the music video had amassed more than 167 million views on YouTube.
Black released her sophomore effort, "My Moment," July 18 which has earned over 12 million hits at present. The young star's first album, a new five-song EP, is scheduled to drop in August.

Greyson Chance

Notable for his 2010 cover of Lady Gaga's hit "Paparazzi," the then 12-yr-old's video soon went viral gaining over 40 million views on YouTube. Soon after, Ellen DeGeneres signed Chance to her record label Eleveneleven.
Chance has since performed on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" and "Good Morning America," and his debut album Hold On 'Til The Night will be released August 2.

Justin Bieber

Arguably the most successful artist to make the crossover from YouTube, the Canadian singer was recognized via the internet and soon signed a major record deal with Usher to become one of the world's biggest superstars at the age of fifteen. His "Baby" music video has over 500,000,000 views, making it the most viewed video in YouTube history as of June 2011.

Although kids come and go through the years, the level of talent coming from the choir remains top notch, consistently catching the eyes of A-list fans such as Oprah, Beyonce and Lady Gaga. In 2011, the kids got the opportunity of a lifetime performing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" at the 83rd Annual Academy Awards.

Since publishing the video, Maria has been featured in a commercial for HTC, performed on "Ellen," played for the Canadian Prime Minister and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Will & Kate. She was also invited to play with Lady Gaga on her Monster Ball Tour concert in Toronto, for which she sat on the lap of the superstar for the duet.
