VIDEO - Is Movie 43 The Most Star-Studded, Ever?

Leading the charge is Chloe Moretz, who stars in Elizabeth Banks' vignette, titledMiddleschool Date, where her character hits puberty at an inopportune time. Funnily enough,Movie 43served as excellent preparation for Moretz's role in the upcomingCarrieremake, as the two characters have identical experiences with "that time of the month."

"[InMovie 43], I get my period and they're yelling "Plug It Up!" at me," Moretz said on the red carpet last night. "And then I haveCarriecoming out in October, where they're yelling "Plug It Up!" to me again! I never realized the correlation until my mom pointed it out ... but," she added, "there's a big difference between the comedy and the drama of both scenes."

Seann William Scott

The American Pie alum stars in Brett Ratner's Movie 43 vignette, titled Birthday, which co-stars Johnny Knoxville and Gerard Butler as a leprechaun.

"I can't really say I acted with Butler," Scott said at last night's premiere. "I wish I could, he's one of my favorites, but when you see the trailer, you'll realize there might have been some CGI in there."

TRAILER - Movie 43

That co-star condundrum notwithstanding, Scott is thrilled to be part of a film that will elicit a reaction from audiences. "I think people are going to be pretty offended [and] that's what I try to do, offend people. I think I'm in one of the most offensive movies, in an awesome way, ever."

Jeremy Allen White

Relativity Media

Movie 43
was filmed before Showtime's Shameless was greenlit and while White didn't know it at the time, this big screen gig was excellent training for his revealing TV role!

In the film, White plays the home schooled son of Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber, who decide they need to give their kid an authentic high school experience ... no matter how many boundaries that behavior crosses.

"I remember when I auditioned, I [thought], "Oh wow, that would be weird if I got this [vignette] because I'd make out with Naomi and Liev at the same time, which is pretty strange. Also, I get pretty nude as well. It was the first time I'd done any of that."

Movie 43
opens Friday.
