ET's New Music Tuesday!

Hot, young pop star Cody Simpson releases his new album, Surfer's Paradise, today. The album's laidback vibe, coastal vibe makes it the perfect summer soundtrack to blast cruising with your windows down or relaxing on the beach. The album features singles Pretty Brown Eyes, an upbeat, catchy track that will make you want to dance, and Summertime of Our Lives, a love ballad about a summer fling. Cody is currently on headlining tour and will rejoin Justin Bieber on the BELIEVE Tour later this month.

Boy band Midnight Red releases their new single Take Me Home today. Is this group the next One Direction? Well, their latest song is similarly titled to One Direction's last album, Take Me Home, but Midnight Red stands out from the boy band pack with their killer dance moves and a super star team behind them. The band's new album, scheduled to be released this fall, was produced by RedOne, the hit maker behind the success of stars like Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez.

Panic! At The Disco just released their new single, Miss Jackson. The rock band known for such hit songs as I Right Sins Not Tragedies is back with the first single off their fourth studio album, Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die, available this October. The band also just announced that they will be heading out on a headlining tour this August, followed by a North American tour supporting Fall Out Boy this fall. The singer/songwriter known for such hits as C'mon Get Higher is back with his new album Last of the Great Pretenders. This album's poetic lyrics and ear-pleasing melodies show the continuing growth of Matt as a songwriter and musician. He's hitting the road on a tour supporting the new album this fall. Oscar nominated film director David Lynch is releasing his second studio album, The Big Dream, today. David is known for working behind-the-camera on such major motion pictures as The Elephant Man and Mulholland Drive, but also has been involved in numerous musical projects, many relating to his films. Singer/songwriter Sara Bareilles releases her third studio album, The Blessed Unrest, today. The album has an overall uplifting tone, encouraging listeners to speak up and go after their goals. It features singles Manhattan, a tribute to Sara’s hometown, and Brave, an inspirational tune. Check out the music video for Brave, directed by actress Rashida Jones, here. You can catch Sara on a co-headlining tour with One Republic this fall.

Robert Randolph & The Family Band are releasing Likety Split, their first studio album in three years, today. Robert, named one of "The 100 Greatest Guitarists" by Rolling Stone, is back with their signature sound that could best be described as country soul. The band will be touring throughout the U.S. and around the world for the rest of the summer and into the fall.

Court Yard Hounds, the duo project of The Dixie Chicks' Emily Robison and Martie Maguire, is releasing their sophomore album, Amelita. Following the release of fellow Dixie Chick Natalie Maines' solo record, sisters Emily and Martie are back with a new sound that they call "more hopeful" and "fun" than their debut self-titled album. The lead single, Sunshine, has an ironic tone, pairing silky smooth harmonies with sarcastic, sassy lyrics.
